My stain

Series of cages for thoughts 29.5 x 22.5 x 3 cm., metal mesh and cotton thread.

Embroidered sculptures in which a phrase, a message, is repeated. The words are sewn, knotted, or woven into a false container, where imprisoned thoughts grow and make noise until they manage to bloom and break free.
