The third edition of the Oviedo Professional Art Week will offer, from June 2 to 11, more than 40 activities in which nearly 50 creators, both national and international, will participate.
The La Vega Weapons Factory It will be the central stage where more than 30 artists and groups will present their works in all types of plastic and audiovisual disciplines: installations, sculptures, paintings, projections and performances.

The artistic installation "High seas" by Alba Escayo is a recent work on mixed media paper that has the sea as the protagonist and symbol of the origin of life. The artist has used mixed techniques rich in textures and pigments, evoking the waves and salt of the sea, as well as words and symbols related to it. In addition, Escayo has played with the space of the room, wrapping it with nets and taking advantage of the light inputs to create an evocative atmosphere.
